This looks like a brown pelican, although I am not certain that it is one. Not knowing much about birds, I can’t confirm this.
Today, our color is a shade of light green (code #B8EA12).
Another one of those wandering-by-the-riverside images. I wander by the riverside a lot in the summer. It is calm and relaxing and takes my mind away from almost everything.
We will be wandering here and there for a while. I have other series of images planned in the future but they will arrive only when they are due and not one day earlier!
I have the impression of traveling through time, retracing my steps as I go.
Our color for today is a medium brown (code #7E4A0E), which, according to Photoshop, is not web-safe and not printer friendly.
Let’s take another break. I don’t know if you remember but we took one some time ago.
I took this picture a few years ago and, although it is quite simple, I have always found it interesting, calm and relaxing. With the fake HDR process the background comes out quite purple, which, I think, brings out the leaves. The strange thing is that the fake HDR process doesn’t seem to affect green leaves, which almost always remain green! The blurred background was done in camera with just some noise removal done in Photoshop.
Our color for today was a tough choice but I decided for a kind of bluish-greenish (code #078C85).
I understand that the name of this cobra is Mucalinda and, according to legend, he was the cobra protecting Buddha (we will see Buddha tomorrow).
Our color for today is a bright yellow (code #F0F902).
